It was truly a night to remember.
On July 3, 2026, members gathered at Hotel Alunsina for a meaningful 3-in-1 Friday activity—an evening filled with prayer, learning, and heartfelt encounters with God. The night began at 6:00 PM with a solemn Holy Mass presided over by Fr. John Alston Azarcon, Chaplain of the BCBP Roxas City Chapter, gently drawing everyone into a moment of reflection and reminding all of God’s presence at the center of it all.
This was followed by an inspiring teaching from Rey Esparagosa on the “Social Teachings of the Church.” His message resonated deeply, reminding everyone that faith is not only something we profess—but something we live out daily in our actions, in how we love, and in how we serve others.

But the moment that truly stirred hearts that evening was the Capiz Bread, also known as “Breakfast After Dark,” highlighted by the life testimony of Argie and Arlyn Nallos, Mission Head of the Estancia Chapter.

Arlyn courageously shared her journey—one marked by poverty, pain, and silent struggles. For many years, she carried deep wounds and unforgiveness in her heart. Though she achieved personal success, there was still an emptiness within. Everything began to change when she encountered God through the BCBP community. In a powerful moment of grace, she found the strength to forgive—and in that surrender, she experienced true healing, peace, and a renewed sense of purpose.
Argie’s story revealed a different kind of brokenness. Once caught in vices and wrong choices, his life was marked by broken relationships and deep regret. There came a point when everything seemed beyond repair—but God’s mercy found its way to him. Through BCBP, his faith was renewed, his life restored, and his path redirected toward his family, his purpose, and his relationship with God.
Together, their stories became a powerful reminder: no life is too broken for God to restore.
Today, they stand not as perfect individuals, but as living witnesses of God’s mercy and grace. Their journey speaks to each of us—that through forgiveness, surrender, and faith, healing is always possible, and a new beginning is never out of reach.
The strong presence of members that evening was more than just attendance—it reflected a community eager to grow, committed to serve, and united in responding to the call of our Lord Jesus Christ. Indeed, it was more than just an event—it was an encounter. A night where hearts were touched, lives were inspired, and faith was renewed.
